Our project work includes complete commercial façades, retail renovations, multi-family exteriors, EIFS and masonry combinations, stone storefronts, concrete block construction, siding and metal-cladding scopes. Commercial Project Coordination
1. Scope review: drawings, specifications, elevations, substrates and selected exterior materials are reviewed.
2. Building-envelope coordination: interfaces at windows, doors, roofs, decks, parapets, penetrations and dissimilar cladding systems are identified.
3. Installation: work is completed in sequence with required membranes, flashings, drainage components, substrates and finishes.
4. Quality control: critical transitions and completed work are reviewed against the applicable project requirements and manufacturer instructions.
5. Restoration: for existing buildings, concealed conditions discovered during authorized removal are documented before reconstruction proceeds.
