Met Exteriors offers lightweight precast limestone products produced with ArcusStone architectural finish solutions. The system is intended for custom architectural components where the appearance and character of limestone are desired without relying on conventional full-depth stone pieces.
Components can be developed for project-specific profiles, dimensions and finish requirements. Installation requirements depend on component size, substrate, location and project conditions, so attachment and detailing should be confirmed for each application rather than assumed.
Custom Precast Applications
Lightweight architectural precast can be considered for fireplace surrounds and mantels, window and door surrounds, sills, caps, columns, cornices, trim profiles, entrance features, wall accents and other custom interior or exterior details.
It can support both traditional and contemporary architecture because profiles, scale and surface character can be coordinated with the project design rather than limited to standard catalogue shapes.

The reduced weight can simplify handling and expand where architectural limestone-style details can be considered. Custom fabrication also allows complex shapes and coordinated profiles to be produced before installation, helping reduce extensive shaping work at the project site.
Available appearance and finish options depend on the selected ArcusStone system and project specification. Samples should be approved before production where colour, texture and visual variation are critical.

For exterior work, water-management details, flashings, joints and adjacent cladding transitions must be coordinated with the wall assembly. For interior work, substrate stability, clearances and surrounding finishes should be confirmed before fabrication and installation.
