Met Exteriors provides complimentary estimates exclusively to private property owners for residential projects. These estimates are offered for preliminary planning and budgeting purposes only and shall not be deemed binding until formalized through a written agreement duly executed by both parties.
Requests for detailed estimates or quotations submitted by insurance representatives, real estate agents, property management companies, or other third-party entities are subject to a service fee and are not included under Met Exteriors’ complimentary estimate policy.
Complimentary estimates apply solely to private property owners who initiate direct inquiries regarding their own properties.

Upon issuance of a written estimate, the client reserves the right to accept or decline the proposal at their discretion. Acceptance of any estimate shall be subject to the execution of a formal agreement prior to the commencement of work.
