EIFS was used to provide a clean architectural finish while contributing continuous exterior insulation. Cultured stone introduced texture and masonry character at key areas of the facade, while metal cladding created sharper contemporary lines and durable accent details.
Combining these materials allowed the building to achieve more visual depth than a single-finish facade. Careful layout was important so the different materials aligned properly around openings, corners and transitions and worked together as one coordinated design.
